What we keep, and why.

Next Door Casual, 305 Main Avenue, Hawley, PA 18428. This page describes the information this website collects and what happens to it.

What the site collects

• Join the List: your email, and, if you give them, your name, phone, a date, a party size and notes. We use them to send the emails you asked for and to answer an inquiry about private dining or catering.
• Gift card request: your email, the amount, the delivery choice and the "to" and "from" names, used only to arrange payment and delivery of that card.
• Server logs: like most websites, our host records the IP address and time of requests for security and to stop abuse. Form submissions are rate-limited by IP address and email.

What we do not do

• We do not sell, rent or share your details with third parties for their marketing.
• We do not add a private-dining or catering inquiry to the mailing list unless you ticked a mailing-list interest.
• We do not use advertising trackers on this site.

Services we rely on

• Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may record your IP address when the font files are requested.
• Our forms may use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots; it processes limited browser data for that purpose.
• The map on the site is embedded from Google Maps, which may set its own cookies when the map loads.
• Email is delivered through our hosting provider.

Your choices

• Every email we send has an unsubscribe link, and it works in one click.
• To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, write to info@nextdoorcasual.com or call (570) 229-4126.
